Shipping policy

All orders qualify for free shipping. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after your order has been processed.

While we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives within our estimated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays by our third-party couriers. D'LUX Living is not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseeable or uncontrollable events (such as but not limited to severe weather or network disruptions). If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact hello@dlux-living.com and we will work with the courier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the issue.
